- Mechanical media blasting of "as cast" wheels to seal surface porosity available ONLY from KCW.
  - Blasting process proprietary to KCW.
- Full pre-plate polishing capability of raw aluminum castings. Robotic polishing cells & hand detailing.
- OEM approved copper plating process.
- Copper buffing: Robotic cells and hand detailing.
- OEM approved nickel-chrome plating process.
- OEM approved painting process of non Class A surfaces for maximum corrosion protection.
- Inventory management and final audit services of Tier 1 non chrome option wheels.
